Karen enjoyed the afternoon at the Rainbow Book Fair , the largest LGBT book event in the U.S., at the Center for LGBTQ Studies at the Graduate Center of the City University of New York City.
Karen gave a reading and enjoyed meeting new readers and, hopefully, new fans of her work.
You can catch her at Women’s Week in Provincetown this week!
Karen enjoyed the Golden Crown Literary Society’s 2019 conference in Pittsburgh. She was deeply honored to be named as a finalist for a Goldie award for As the Crow Flies. While at the conference she enjoyed meeting many people—authors, publishers, her editor at Bold Strokes Books, and her very dear readers.
Karen will be attending the Golden Crown Literary Society annual conference this week in Pittsburgh, July 10-14.
If you’re attending, keep an eye out for her and feel free to say hello and introduce yourself. She’ll also be participating in the authors book signing on Saturday from 2:30-3:30 p.m.
Be sure to wish her luck — As the Crow Flies is a finalist in the Romantic Blend category. Hmm… “Romantic Blend” sounds like a good name for a cocktail. Here’s to hoping there will be celebration on Saturday night!
As the Crow Flies is a finalist for a Golden Crown Literary Society Award! Known as the Goldies, the awards are presented each year to recognize excellence in lesbian literature.
It’s also available as an unabridged audiobook from Audible.
